We’re looking for a proactive, system-minded Full Stack Developer to join the Helix team. At HELIXSOFT, we help small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) navigate digital transformation through AI readiness audits, custom system integration, and ongoing digital support.

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Join AI-readiness and digital audits – and turn insights into real, working systems
• Build and integrate custom automations and AI-powered tools tailored to SME workflows
• Develop full-stack web applications and internal tools that businesses actually use
• Implement APIs and third-party integrations (CRMs, ERPs, billing, email systems, etc.)
• Maintain and evolve existing software ecosystems (bug fixing, refactoring, support)
• Contribute to architecture decisions, technical documentation, and project estimations
• Join client workshops and help translate business talk into tech solutions

🛠️ Tech Stack & Skills We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Solid knowledge of TypeScript – React on the frontend, Fastify/NestJS on the backend preferred
• Interest in AI-assisted development (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (we like things smooth and fast)

⭐ Bonus Points If You…

• Have agency experience – juggling deadlines, multiple clients, small agile teams
• Have worked with tools like ClickUp, Notion, Zapier, Make, n8n, or other no-code favorites
• Speak Romanian fluently (it helps with some local clients, but not mandatory)
